琥珀也能保存生物的軟體組織，其中又以線蟲或蝸牛這類軟體動物最為稀有罕見。以蝸牛為例，琥珀中發現者多數只餘空殼，身軀極為罕見。以形狀論，圓形蝸牛居多，長錐形者較少。
至於線蟲這類的體內寄生蟲則更為稀有。
Amber can also preserve soft-bodied organisms, among which nematodes or snails are the rarest. For example, most snails found in amber contain only empty shells and no body parts. In terms of shape, round snails are more than conical ones. As for nematodes, such parasites inside host bodies are even rarer.
