琥珀的奇幻世界

革翅目的昆蟲名喚「蠼螋」，一對由尾毛特化而成形似剪刀的尾鉗最顯著的特徵，因此又被稱為「剪刀蟲」。性喜潮濕陰暗，在琥珀中現身機率不高，由於其扇形後翅平日收摺於前翅下，在琥珀中展翅的型態極為罕見。

The insects of Dermaptera are earwigs, featuring a pair of foreceps specialized from cerci in the shape of scissors, thus also called scissor insects. They like moist and dark environments, seldom appearing in amber. Their fan-shaped hindwings are usually folded under forewings, so it is very rare to find their wing-spreading postures in amber.
